I do.
I started drinking a lot of water while I was working as a flight attendant. We were taught, that the air in a plane is so dry, that you have to drink a glass of water for every hour you're in the air.
After that, it kind of turned into a habit. Now I get headaches if I don't drink enough water!

It seems like a lot more than it really is. It's not 8 - 32oz cups.
It's 8 - 8oz servings. Most people drink around 20oz at a time.
You probably drink 3 to 4 servings in one sitting. I drink a lot
of water, but then again, I stay active most of the day so I need it.
Gatorade, kool-aid, and unsweetened tea don't count, but they
are better for you than sodas or milk products. Don't dehydrate!
(It can make you sick, or even kill you... Drink High Quality H2O)

not me, I am so bad for not drinking enough, I usually have just 2 cups of tea a day, I really do not enjoy water on it's own. I know I should drink more but I just don't like it and it's hard to drink something you don't like.

A lot of gullible people believe in this urban myth.
IT'S NOT TRUE, PEOPLE.
Drink when you're thirsty. Period.
