he loves me alot and make me supprised on my birthday,
i haven't seen him happy for a long time. only day he smile is on my birthday.
he says he want nothing than a birthday card, He has said me never to make my own gifts. because he is sensitive.
what can i do

Take him out and buy him lunch, then once you have ate your meal have a birthday cake brought over to the table with 20 candles on it.

Its true what they say, money doesnt buy happiness its free and its a choice. You say that he is sad but not why. It may be justifiable saddness or not but the point is and I cannot stress this enough, your brother has decided to be sad. Believe it or not when the intitial reason for our unhappiness ceases to be emotionally raw most of us can decide not to let it continue to have such a negative effect on our sense of wellbeing. If we dont either there is medical/mental health issue or we just like indulging in self-pity. If its the former then I suggest you encourage him to seek help, if the latter then you could get him any number of gifts that should make him realise that he has much to be grateful for. My suggestion would be to make a donation to a charity on his behalf. Make it to a cause that would work best to enable him to count his blessings, all of them, not just for having such a caring, considerate and loving sister.

For a man to be unhappy when he has everything simply means he is lucking a woman in his life, why dont you introduce him to a very nice and well behaved lady who you know is also lonely and would suit him, I am sure that will make him happy. Most successful people I know have spent more time on studies and forget the time to look for life partners.

If he wants just a card, then just give him a card, try a good joke card but dont buy him something he would not use because your doing what he asks.
I tried constantly buying my parents gifts and sooner or later so will you just cant buy him what he might want thats stupid, just spend time with him, show you care about him, he'd like that wont he?

Take him somewhere where both of you have been together before. A special place that both of you cherished or perhaps with another party that remind the good old times. That will be a special gift for him on his birthday.

may be u can take him there and have a picnic so u guys can talk... there's nothing better then knowing that someone is there to listen to u when u want to express ur self...i know he is rich but as many peeple say u cant buy happiness... he needs to know that u love him for himself be specific what u love about him so he knows u r genuine
when my brother is in one of his moods i usually take him to his favourite place and we sit there for hours until he is ready to talk and he aprciates it more than anything in the world and as a plus he told meonly last week that he loves me very much and he is happy to have me for a sister and by the way he is not very expressive... it has mabe my life a joy :)

Take a small empty box, wrap it as though you would any other gift,put a small label on telling him never to open it and keep it in a safe place! A box full of love! Well that sounds cr*p but my Daughter got me one and cant quite remember what she wrote but it really made me smile!

Show him that you love him by taking him out to his favorite restaurant remind him of happy times from your younger years and spend the rest of the day with him. Go to a picture booth, cut up and just have fun.
