The INS (Immigration Naturalization Services) handles this, however they usually want a government or police officer to make the report so they know it is not a scam.

Who would you report it to is a good question since it seems that our government is for illegals being here. If they were serious about it we would not have them coming by the droves each day, year. They {the illigals},dont have a fear fo getting caught.

There is a web site. It is www.USCIS.gov and the phone number is 1-800-375-5283. Anyway, you can call without identifying yourself, but they will want to ask lots of questions, so it is easier if they talk to you rather than if you send e-mail.
