Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Change is hard. Sounds like you've been under a fair bit of stress from the move and everything. It is O.K. to take a break from excersising. You've earned it. Take a look around, have some fun, get out for a bit. When your mood lightens and you feel better within yourself the old habits will return and you will want to excersise again. But the more you beat yourself up about not exsercising the more you will not want to do it.

Your need to exercise shouldn't depend on whether you know anyone around you or not, it depends only on your desire to live long and healthy. If you feel the need to be around others, do some research and join one of the exercise clubs in your area - the one that offers the most of what you would consider helpful. Otherwise, get yourself one of the air-walker type pieces of equipment, or a stationary bike, or a mini-trampoline, or any and all of the above - and plop them down in front of your TV set. Exercise is easy and enjoyable if you have something to take your mind off the hard work you're putting into keeping yourself healthy :>) And then, in addition, join some clubs that share your interests in life and meet some people with the same. Enrich your mind and your soul by doing it all.

You may have lost your motivation but have you lost your curiosity? Start exploring your new neighborhood. Walk and ride your bike just to explore.... don't think of it as exercise. Before long you will meet someone doing exactly the same thing and then perhaps you'll have an exercise buddy.

Also, be creative as to your exercise routine. If you are burned out on one thing then try another, broaden your horizons! lol!

The balanced diet has made obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the number 1 health problem in the world soon replacing hunger and infectious disease. So if you need to lose weight it is mostly not your fault. You are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

The site below teaches you a whole new way to eat. You learn about quick and slow ways to lose weight, taking off bodyfat and retained water. It tells about anti-water which explains why people tell you to drink a lot of water. Learn everything on that webpage. Do it and you can be thin. Do it not and remain part of the biggest pandemic ever. It is causing the children of Americans to have a lower lifespan than their parents for the first time in 100 years.

In my opinion, that's the hardest part of excercising. I always start so strong and then lose motivation. Have you condisered joining a gym? I know it's not the same as biking or walking outside but it might give you a chance to meet some new people with similar interests. good luck!

You can diet and you may lose weight, but the only way to get in shape is to hit the gym. This is what I always tell my friends when they ask how I stay motivated.

I wrote this up a while back so I will just paste it in here. Good Luck!

Staying Motivated

You know the days when you just don’t want to work out. Maybe you’re tired or you think you don’t have time to go to the gym. You some how convince yourself that it is ok to miss your workout. Hey, we all have these days no matter how dedicated we are.

I think the reason many people skip there workouts or don’t work out at all is because it is not a primary part of there life. In order to make sure that you continue to work out on a regular basis, you need to make it a primary part of your life. If you want to get in great shape and stay in shape, you have to be as dedicated to your fitness level as you are to everything else in your life.

Your job is a good example of something that you are dedicated to and you some how manage to never miss work simple because your tired, or you don’t have enough time. Why, because without that job you might be homeless and you may starve to death. That thinking keeps you motivated to go to work every day. So translate that same thinking about your job into your daily exercise routine? Here is what I do to keep me motivated to exercise.

Many people think that there day is over when they finish up at work and I sort of feel the same way. So the solution for me is to think of my workouts like a second job. Just like my first job I strive to never be late and never miss a day of work no matter what. So when I am done with my first job it’s off to my second job. The first job pays the bills and the second job keeps me in shape. So you can still think of your day being over when you’re done with work. Just try to remember that you have two jobs instead of one.

Where in Indy do you live? We work out at Lifetime Fitness in Castleton. They have some great group fitness classes, a running club, and childcare for the wee ones. They also have 2 pools with waterslides so you can put some fun back into your workout. You also might want to check out the Monon trail on the northside.
