ive been there so i no what you saying,
just buy him a choc and go visit him, tell him he looks fine,
he wont be so upset in a few hours, seriously there is not much you can say rather let him complain to you and just listen to him and agree with everything he says, he prob jus needs someone to talk to so be that person.

Just be there for him. Listen to him if he needs you to and give him lots of hugs and kisses.

just got o his place let him spill out everything he wants to say, rub his back, hug him, kiss him, repeat it and viola he's good
