Use a loafer, get some soft material and apply the cream to the material and attatch with elastic band to the loafer, then you can reach!!
Otherwise try putting it on a towel on your bed and lying down and rubbing your back on the towel!

I read somewhere that if you apply lotion to as much of your back as you can reach (the top, bottom and sides) that your skin will absorb it and distribute it throughout your back. so dont worry about getting the whole thing, just get what you can

i gather u mean by urself. if so, there are many long handled brushes that u apply ur products to and then reach around and rub in.
