It's never going to be easy because only time will help. It's really hard to get past heart break because you start to think about what you did wrong and how you could have fixed it. But it could just be that you weren't meant for each other. It's OK to mourn the relationship, but don't stop living. Go out with friends, hang out with family and get to know who you are so that when the next person comes along you willl know what you want and how to recognize it. Sorry about the pain, but I promise you that as each day passes it will get a little less painful.

That is difficult but you're not alone I'm going through the same thing. It takes time, the best you can do is to give yourself space from the person and time to heal. Talk with friends and try going out and having fun. Do the things that make you happy...Keep in mind that life goes on make the best of it. I wish you all the best...

I wish I had the perfect answer for this question, the problem is I also have the same question in my mind. But what I can say is try not to do anything that the two of you used to do,dont visit places that will remind you of him.Spend most of your time around people and try not to be alone.Dont rush into another relationship, they say time heals.Good luck

It's never easy, and at the time seems quite impossible. Keep as busy as you can and make an effort to push it to the back of your mind. It eventually fades and stops hurting so much.

Sad to say there's nothing you can do to forget a person, unless you found another one whom you love more than your ex. However, keeping yourself engaged in some activities might be useful.

Personally the only thing that makes me forget is putting my mind on someone else.... you are in control of your mind...... believe me as soon as you have a new infatuation the old one is well old......
