Many of the father's rights guys were in the army and they'll tell you that when terrified- in the face of immense danger, or where ever- then they become erect. And at that stage every man and woman amongst us knows that a man does *not* have an option- the woman can make him c.u.m without his consent. It's only easier if he's terrified. To make him pay the woman who did this to him is tyrannical. Who ever invented that 'law' needs locked up for life.

The male haters/misandrists get a $billion [of your money] per year and they use that to pump out male-hating propaganda, so we may wonder about this to begin with, and so it will need reversed to put it in perspective. So, just imagine: a woman gets raped and has to pay her abuser for 18 years. Now does it look wrong? Remember, it's actually men who get raped and have to pay their abusers. Only men.

Before anyone says that men are 'willing' in their own rape just turn atha around to say that both sexes are willing. So men and women a

Mike, it takes 190,000.00 for 'child support' you go ahead and send that this way if money means so little to you.

There's a lot of sexist replys. So just reverse it. A woman is raped. Now should she pay 18 years child support?

The laws are the same for all victims whether they be male or female. One must be able to prove rape in a court of law. Once that is done, that verdict will directly affect the judge's ruling on the child support issue. It may still not seem fair, or like quite enough...but this is our present justice system.

if you can prove it's rape, I don't think there is any obligation. Yes you can rape a man, but it's different then when a woman is raped. Men have different emotional responses to being raped then women do, especially young men or boys and especially when it is done by a woman. There is alot more confusion. It may not even look like rape when it is.

You know you have a point. It doesn't seem right to me if a man is raped by a woman and she gets pregnant, he shouldn't have to pay for it. I mean he's already paid for it emotionally. There is nothing in this world worse than rape whether it happens to a male or female. Something should be done about that.

Sounds to me like you are pissed off at having to pay child support. And why should she have to pay you 18 years of child support if she is raising the child. Men need to own up to their responsibilities and take care of their children instead of complaining about how much money they have to pay out. Yes, some of it is unequal and there are women who take advantage, but how many kids go without cause daddy got a new girlfriend and forgot about them.

I see where you are coming from and it is plausible and making the victim pay child support , be it a woman or a man is insane in either case.

It must take a pretty brute woman to hold a man down and rape him. Either that or she had a gun to his head.
