has anyone been on the RCCL Radiance of the Seas before?

It's a pretty nice ship. I was on it a few years ago and it was pretty nice. Looking at Cruise Critic, people still seem to be happy with it, though maybe not as much as some of their other ships.

Havn't been on Radiance but was on Voyager and RCCL is top of the line. They are a wonderful cruise line. I think you will be very please. If you like it go for the bigger ships. They are out of this world!!!!!
