15 - 20 years. Given no genetic diseases, etc. Indoor cats are healthier and definitely live longer. If I had to guess an average, I'd say 18.

the average life span of a well cared for indoor cat is around 18 years. While the average life span of an outdoor cat has been said to be around 2 years.

the approximate expected life span of a healthy indoor cat is 14-20 yrs. i know because im a cat lover and read all about them.

I had an indoor cat who lived to be 19. I think the average thought is more like 12-15 years.

Indoor cats don't live as long as outdoor cats. Outdoor cats live around 15 so i would think between 10-15
