Maybe you mean Allahu Akbar, means Allah is the greatest. that is one of the characteristic of Allah, which shows us how Great and Almighty Allah is. His Almighty power includes this univeres, there is no exception.

Every part of thing which has happened is under Allah will. No matter it is just a fallen leaves, birth or death, our blood flows, anything. Including what we think and say about.

Allah is always written with a capital 'A'. You may have misheard the exclamation! Allah WaLlah is an exclamation meaning 'I am sure of this...' 'biLlah would be the Arabic equivalent of Yahoo, meaning ' with God.
