How do i get a girl on the phone??

Well, i got this girl's number (we've never met).. I need help with how to strike up a conversation with her on the phone, and such that she responds positively.. (or atleast there's a chance she will)..

and don't try to make her like you, be yourself, and if she likes you, good for her, and if she doesn't, move on to the next one.
but if you must have HER, then just try to make her say the all revealin "REALLY". if you can get her to say that really, and it has to be that particular way that she sais it, (like a chick would say it if you told her that she was the most beautiful girl you had ever seen, and she gives a "REALLY" that has a sort of airy, impressed sound to it.)
if you can get her to say that really, then you are good to go.

I think if you have talked to her before but never met (maybe over the internet?) that when you call her you should try thinking about the things you have in common and just be yourself pretend she is one of your friends you are talking to and then there won't be those awkward silences
