My dog banged her head on the tailgate of the truck. I was opening it to let her in ...we were going to the local leash free park...she was excited and jumped too soon and whacked her head pretty hard.
This was yesterday BYW and she seems fine now...but she was really quiet yesterday and napped all afternoon and did not even jump up to greet my son when he came home from school. As I said she seems fine today but I wonder if she had a headache!

She probably had one heck of a headache! Same as you would have had.

Yes. If you feed a dog ice cream it will. You'll see them rub their head on the floor. It's not a common thing.
