How old are y'all? Meeting the parents can be a BIG Step! If making an impression bothers you, be careful but not timid, be respectful but not afraid, be nice but not a suck-up.... Otherwise just go with the flow. Who knows? His dad may even like you better when you're natural.

Most definitely. If you ask me, I rather meet him in a restaurant during dinner than a more intimate scenerio like his place. Being in a neutral grounds I think both of you will be more comfortable. Go for it!!!! If you're of age to marry and you really like your bf, your decision can make or break your future.
