Conscious and Lucid dreaming are one in the same. This is where you come to the realization that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. When this happens you have the capacity to the mold the dream the way you would like it to go.

This actually happens quite often to me.

The best tip I have to having these types of dreams is to ask yourself several times a day if you are dreaming. By making it a habit to check if you are dreaming when you are not you will also make it a habit to check if you are dreaming when you actually are.

Hope this helps.

yes, consious dreaming means you know what you are dreaming and you sort of control your own dream. Lucid is just a dream that makes you feel like you are really dreaming. Um, consious dreaming-- Just control your own theme? Lucid I have that all the time but I really don't have any tips, sorry, it is kind of natural.

a lucid dream is one inwhich you are aware that you are dreaming.
i've never heard of a conscious dream. a dream that you have while you're conscious is a day dream, which would be a fantasy visualization, but not a dream. you tend to have a choice whether to daydream or not.
