associate what ever it is that you want to remember to something else that is easier for you to remember, like "purse on table", so when you think of 'purse' you automatically think 'table' through basic associative sequencing. to get yourself to remember to associate you might have to join the memory association of "recall aholics syn non a miss" i wish you plea sent recollections. recall your forgetfulness

memory is the first thing to go as you get older.try eating a banana or 2 a day and use different types of puzzles to help improve word skills.reading helps me to remember.as for your keys place them on a magnet that goes on your refrigerator or close to your outside door.

it usually takes three times repetition to comit to long term memory. As far as the short stuff you could try writing it down, or a voice memo on a cell phone. My keys are on a chain on my belt loop\.

with keys i put a hook on the door so when i walk in that would be the place i put them.....it took a couple of weeks but it became habit...if you get in the habit of putting your stuff down at a designated place then you will be able to find them.....as for me i still have a long list!!! good luck to you

I have the same problem. What you should do is set your keys always in the same spot so it never changes and is easier to remember.
