I'm sorry! :(
It sucks, doesnt it? Last break up I had, they put me on xanax because I was so distraught but don't take pills, just remember that time heals all wounds. If you feel really bad and just cannot seem to shake it, counseling really helps too.
Take care sweetie!

time my friend... It is hard to let go. I found the best solution is a good cry accompanied with a good self lecture on a regular (hourly in the beginning) of all the things that weren't right. If she is the dumper then that can be your focus.Turn it around and make it a positive for you. Now I can go do this... or now I am free to explore myself. Keep busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Remember it is not unmanly to cry. It is the best healing solution that humans have. Next, forgive yourself for the breakup. No matter who initiated it or whose fault things were we all play a part in relationships good or bad. Know that it wasn't your fault and /or that you did your best good luck and hang in there keep busy and if you really get distressed call someone a person who can talk to you there are all kinds of help lines avoid anti-depressants as much as possible. They only mask what you are going through and in turn leave you with a whole new set of problems. They are addictive and come with a list of complications that you at your age don;t need. I am serious they will do you more harm than good. I took them and had lots of other problems that were associated with them. I have just learned what I cannot change and have tried my best to accept it..AGAIN KEEP YOURSELF BUSY read a book, go for a walk or whatever you can do to keep your mind busy

Rate of Love Marriage Failure is very high throughout the world. Our Indian system of arranged marriage is much better. Anyway, there is no point in feeling sorry and lowly. You are his wife. You have all the rights to live with dignity and pride. He is torturing you only because you are not resisting or fighting back. Next time when he starts abusing or hitting you, just reply him in his own language. If he crosses limits , report to Police. This will be a case of domestic violence. He will have to face legal consequences. If he reforms , OK. If not, divorce him.

It's not a failure. She just wasn't the right woman for you. The right one is out there. When you find her it will make up for all the hurt you have now.

Here's what I found to work:
1.Go outside and...SCREAM!!
2.Find a really (and I mean really) hot girl and just kinda think...
3.And finally, talk to someone you know personally about it.

GET OVER IT!!!!!!!
Do not let ANYONE have that kind of control over your emotions.
I know it hurt, but so does injuries, When you trip and fall and hurt your self, Do you lay there and cry or do you get up?
