You need a serious answer now. This is coming from a woman so listen good. Have you looked in the mirror first of all? 1) Make sure you dress cool. 2) Make sure you act nice to people and smile a lot 3) Be personable. Talk to all the girls. Get to know them so they'll begin to notice you. Go to school functions and make friends. 4) Once you've scoped out a particular girl you like (given you haven't already) talk to her - A LOT. You'll know right away if she likes you or not because if you can't hold her attention for 2 minutes then she doesn't. Do not go after someone else's girlfriend or someone who just broke up with someone else. That's just plain bad news & you're asking for a broken heart! Buy her flowers and ask her out. Be romantic. Never lie to her if you can help it. It will only come back to bite your butt. Use funny lines because girls like guys who can make them laugh. Keep the first date simple but shower them with attention. Open doors for them, walk behind or beside them with your arm out behind her back but don't touch her (it's like guiding her and protecting her). Compliment her ONCE on something you MEAN. Don't overdo it. Don't push for sex on the first date. Good luck!!!

Hi jmr,
My son is also going to the 7th grade and he already has a gf I will tell you what he told me. Be honest. Be friendly, Be yourself. If you already have a girl in mind let her see how kind and fun you can be. And I will tell you what I told my 19 year old (he is looking for a gf also) Let her come to you, don't become too desperate, girls can smell desperation and they may run away instead of coming your way. Hope this works.

Your going into 7th grade NOT high school. Keep your mind off those girls and your head into those books, you have PLENTY of time for a girlfriend so don't rush it.

What makes you think you NEED a girlfriend?
Enjoy your life, you have plenty of time for girlfriends
when your older. Focus on doing good in school &
don't worry about the girlfriend.
Be yourself & respect the girls, once they see that you
respect them they will be interested in you.

Be yourself and don't be obsessed with getting a girlfriend it will only scare the girls away. You have plenty of time to get one so there's no rush.
