Believe it or not, I've actually thought about this very thing!!!
But seriously, with medical science able to produce babies through artificial insemination--and with sperm clinics devoted to helping couples have children through anonymous donors--this question is strangely appropriate. Imagine the possibility of a man and woman meeting, falling in love, and marrying--and suddenly discovering, one day, to their horror, that they are brother and sister. Sounds like a bad soap opera plot, I know, but I believe that it's one which is increasingly likely with advancing technology.

That's just stupid. But I guess it would be considered incest because the blood relation would still be there.
