Are you exercising? You might want to start. If you cannot go to the gym, try at home simple exercises. Good luck.

Yes it is true, things will never be exactly the same, but they can be pretty damn close!! I am the mother of a 3 yr. old, and I am in very good shape. It is a combination of eating well, drinking ALOT of water( which really helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite and give the skin an overall smoother appearance by diluting the fat cells) and excercising regularly. I personally exercise 5 days a week for about 30 min. a day. Try core yoga, it is excellent for strengthening and lengthening the muscles, and it focuses on your core(abdomen). It is important for a woman to get at least 30 min. 3 times a week of some kind of excercise, preferably aerobic, with cardio to keep the heart healthy. Another favorite of mine is Tae Bo 8 minute workout. It's something more like 20 with the warm-up and cool-down, but its really intense and you accomplish ALOT in a short period of time. Good luck, I'm sure if you really put forth an effort you wil see results.
