1 disck = 11 kv ;2 discks =2*11 =22 kv & so on. count the number of discks on a disck insulator .

I imagin that they cn only imagin and guess only I thing a insulator is good for 100,000 or so and that is gussing or might be 50,000 volts
I think all power line that run outside from farm to pole is three phase
and a pole tranformer steps it down
