No. The concept of God is a human invention, in order to deal with things we cannot understand or explain. We also like to put blame for our failures and shortfalls onto someone else, and God serves that purpose as well.
Since religions became organised and established temples and churces as well as professional priests, God is also used to scare people, to bully them into donations of money, and to control every part of their lives.
There is no God, never was, and never will be. All we have really is an army of professional con men (known as clergy) who want to make us believe that there is a God, so they can take our money "in his name".

There absolutely is a God, only one true God, and his name is Jehovah, father of Jesus Christ, creator of heaven and earth. The proof lies in the bible, which was written over a 1,600 year period by writers who lived at different times and came from all walks of life. Some were farmers, fishermen, and shepards, while others were prophets, judges and kings. Luke was a doctor, yet despite the varied backgrounds, all the books written are harmonious from beginning to end. The first book tells us how mankind's problems began, while the last book foretells how the whole earth will once again be the paradise it was meant to be. It's also scientifically accurate, containing information that was way ahead of it's time. For example, in the book of Leviticus, where the people of Israel were instructed by the word of God on quarantine and hygiene, when surrounding nations knew nothing about such matters. In the old testament, it describes how the earth is a sphere hanging by nothing in the heavens (Isaiah 40:22, Job 26:7), written hundreds of years before Columbus actually discovered the earth was a sphere. It is also historically accurate. Jesus' birth, life and death were prophecised from the very beginning, with exacting detail, and fulfilled many years later. i.e., The tribe he was born of was foretold in Genesis and fulfilled in the book of Luke. Isaiah wrote he'd be born of a virgin and descended from King David, and that was fulfilled in the book of Matthew. In Psalms, it is told that he'd be declared by Jehovah to be his son, and it was described in Matthew as a true occurence. Zechariah described how Jesus would enter Jerusalem on the back of a young donkey, and even how he'd be betrayed for 30 silver pieces, and it was written in Matthew. There are hundreds of accounts of prophecy in the Old Testament that were fulfilled in the New Testament. It is also a book of practical wisdom, beneficial for teaching, reproving, and setting things straight. (2 Timothy 3:16). It contains remedies for every type of social and personal situation, and applies even to today. The manufacturer is the only one with the knowlege of the product that could provide an instruction guide that would be eternally applicable. So the bible is the instruction guide written by God through men, same as a boss dictates a letter to his secretary. It is better to live your life believing in God, then to ignore the truth and suffer the consequences. If you'd like more information, visit any Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. I study with them because I've never known any other group who knows the bible like they do, and have never altered, added or removed anything. The fact that there are religious groups who have idols, statues, a leader who everyone bows down to, and never use Jehovah's name, are all proof that there is false religion prophecised throughout the Bible.

No. I am convinced there is no god or gods. There is no evidence for it, and no reason to suspect that such evidence may exist and simply hasn't been discovered yet.
