No, you have not found your soulmate, but a soultie. You get a soul tie from sharing your feelings and desires with a person that is for the most part unavailable. They can feel like love and hurt just as much to loose. I don't think that at 16 you should be thinking about finding a soulmate, and especially not one so far away.
I am not trying to discredit your feelings, but if you asked you must be a bit skeptical too.

Can you create a mind in a lab? or blood? or a soul? I admit there are main points approximately Christianity ,and each and every different faith that I query. I can not describe Gods bodily facets, nor can I anotomically find my soul. That abilities is past my scope, however I'm targeted I have a soul. I can suppose it. I suppose responsible whilst I sin. I recognise the change among Good and Evil. I would be fallacious, on the grounds that it is unattainable to end up, however I'm satisfied that there's a God, and he's the pass judgement on.

You are over reacting. There will be many people who share similar aspects of your life. People find it very easy to relate to other people who are upset or depressed because of the same reasons. how much can you really know about a person so far away and how do you know that he is even genuine. Try looking closer to home, It is not always people who are just like you that are best suited for you.

Dear, you may believe or not, but I had this dream last year. I actually saw this question of yours in my dream, and then I saw my mentor telling me that the guy you're talking about would seem your soul mate at first, but differences may grow after some time. I often get intuitions that turn into reality, believe it or not.
I would suggest, however, that you get in touch with that person and get to know him better. Take it from an experienced guy, I have recently broken up with my gf of 7 years, and I could never think that we would part ways after such a long time.

Being a parent, my only concern would be that you THINK you are writing to a 19 year old in Peru when it could actually be a 65 year old predator with fake pictures, etc. in Dallas, Texas USA.
Proceed with extreme caution.
P.S. - I do believe in soul mates...I think we have many, not just one. Your best girlfriend could also be one of your soul mates- they are everywhere!

it could be, you never know.. i know a girl that lives here now and she is from germany and she married this man that lived here.. and they seem to be very happy.. thought i think she is a terrific girl i do not think he has done his part because her visa has expired and he has not done anything to make it legal for her to stay here...she is so sweet and nice, but she is a atheist so i do not have really much to do with her...she is not the least bit lazy and would like to work.. and he has a son she is helping to raise...so really know the man well before you make any serious moves

you still very young but then again so is he.
having many things in common does not constitute being soulmates.
Give it time only time will tell I hope he is your soulmate though!
