Many people will tell you go to a therapist or read a self-help book. Which isn't bad advice but it doesn't address the source of depression. Many people who are depressed describe feelings of hopelessness , and a lack of fufillment or purpose.People who are depressed have really become aware of a "void" in their life. I believe Jesus is meant to fill that void. Man is not meant to roam around without purpose having to figure out things on his own. Man needs a God who cares and leads.

Let me send you a beautiful girl who will love you. I was depressed and anxious, could'nt sleep, wanted to die, but i started a hedo resort check my 360. If I can i will find you a girl to telephone and she will change your life. I am not looking for money or more guests. I worked in psycology as a voulantry worker for 10 years and I have reasoned that depression needs to be cured by change. Phone resortcaroline.cm and chat or emai me. I was suicidal but i cured myself.

mid-life crisis, the only way out is through counseling, or eliminating any of the problems or causes of the depression. Seek counseling and guidance if possible. Good luck!

Try exercising. It really does work. I have bipolar disorder and it works for me. I do the walk away the pounds video every morning. If I don't I am very cranky and I tend to cry a lot. Try it, what could it hurt. Check with your doctor first though. I hope it helps.

Start by seeing your doctor. He may suggest medication or counseling. Try exercising, even walking is better than nothing. It will help relieve some of the anxiety and boost your overall health. I care and wish you the best.

1) see your family doctor
2) Take the antidepressants offered
3) Go for therapy for example N L P might be very useful because you sound as though you have a fault in your thinking processes that cause you to be depressed.
Good luck

If you were in depression, then you are already out of it. However, if you are still depressed go see a certified psychologist.

You have to push yourself out the door, go for walks, get involved in something, anything. Exersize, fix your hair a differant way. Keep busy.
