In Rimini flats are very expensive, especially in the summer. When will you need it? Maybe you should contact a "residence".

If you are a student you can contact the University http://www.polorimini.unibo.it/ and ask if they have a list of offers of flats (they should...)

Try the local estate agents in Rimini, or try your local travel agent see if they can find you a holiday with the type of accomodation you require
