A whole carrot contains 19 mg of calcium. How does that help you? There was not a single fruit or vegetable listed out of 100+ that had no calcium (0 mg). If it is concern for osteoporosis, see this webpage.

No.
Kale is a good source of natural calcium. Eat uncooked flavored with organic olive oil and herbs/seasonings. Its very good.
Don't drink milk. It has proteins which are hard to digest (despite what the milk industry touts about calcium)
You can get calcium from a good multi-vitamin.
If you are concerned you aren't getting enough, take calcium citrate along with magnesium and zinc.
You should be getting 600 to 800 mg of calcium a day.
Magnesium you can take regularly.
Zinc you should take no more than 20 mg a day.
Eat a variety and good quantity of fruits and vegetables to cover your basis.
