u know walking and jogging are the best proven exercises . rest all exercises if not done properly can result in back pain or other problems . u can do some isometric abs while lying down and some yoga for better result

YES YOU CAN! ITS CARDIO THAT WILL DROP THE SIZES NOT AB EXERSIZES OR CRUNCHES Ive dropped 6 inches off my waist in 6 months. It does take a lot of dedication and determination on your behalf though. I did it by eliminating as much fat(calories) intake as possible. NOT carbs, but fat, your body needs carbs. Also by lots of cardio. I would do a 7 min warm up on the bike ( 50 calories burned), then run, yes run 3 miles. It might take a couple of weeks to build yourself up to that as it did me but i wanted to drop the weight so i was focused on obtaining my goal, then i would do 10 min on a high level like 10 on a stair climber burning 150 more calories. thats 700 calories in about 40-45 mins 5 times a week. Also eat healthy eat atleast 100-300 calories every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going. Of course eat more at breakfast to jump start your metabolism but healthy caloies like 100% whole wheat. You do that and you will drp those sizes . I promise, but dont cheat yourself because your the only person thats going to be cheated. dont make excuses just do it!

You can drop 3 sizes in LESS than 3 months! For your abs lay down flat on your back, legs straight out, Then lift your legs, keeping them straight, off the ground about 1 inch and hold for 10 seconds. Next, keeping them 1 inch off the ground spread them apart, just past shoulder width, hold for 10 seconds. Then you will bring your legs back together and hold for another 10 seconds. Then put them back down on the ground for 5 seconds. Repeat for ATLEAST 5 reps for starting and add one more rep every other night. This will build up you stomach muscles from the underneith and the top as well as build you legs up and shape them. For your waist such as love handles the classic sit up is good, but instead of coming straight up alternate bringing your right elbow up and touching your left knee and then your left elbow up to your right knee. I would do no less than 50 sit ups to remove the love handles. Running is nice for helping with the weight loss as well.

Yes you can. It just depends how dedicated or better yet how much you want it. Simple, burn more caloies than you consume, thats it. The more fat you have the faster you'll see results, where as a leaner person has to work harder to see results.

Yes. Focus on running, jogging, cardio work, daily stomach crunches and side leg lifts.
and as for my diet input, go veg. (with minimal emphasis on starch wheat and sugar - replace with squashes and stevia to sweeten things)
