Find out the supported software with google
u can recover with recover stdio but at first u find it is supported win 3.1

I may be wrong but check the net for old version of Colorado Tape backup software, it allowed writing to diskettes, and If I remember correctly that was the naming convention.

Most of the old backup programs can be found for free on the net search.

Colorado, Novaback.. many more
