Many of the father's rights guys were in the army and they'll tell you that when terrified- in the face of immense danger, or where ever- then they become erect. And at that stage every man and woman amongst us knows that a man does *not* have an option- the woman can make him *** without his consent. It's only easier if he's terrified. To make him pay the woman who did this to him is tyrannical. Who ever invented that 'law' needs locked up for life.
The male haters/misandrists get a $billion [of your money] per year and they use that to pump out male-hating propaganda, so we may wonder about this to begin with, and so it will need reversed to put it in perspective. So, just imagine: a woman gets raped and has to pay her abuser or 18 years. Now does it look wrong? Remember, it's actually men who get raped and have to pay their abusers. Only men.

US law is brutally unjust in numerous areas. However, if you move out of the jurisdiction of that court, you may elect to stop paying (except voluntarily of course). Also note: if you are a US citizen (or green card resident) you may be well advised to elect to take citizenship of a different country (usually that means Canada, but there are many alternatives), resign your US status, and stop paying tax. Thousands are doing this every year and enjoy becoming relatively wealthy while also enriching the quality of their lives. It doesn’t even prevent you from visiting USA as often as you want ! What a deal. Yes, it means a courageous change in your life, but it's that, or live under oppression. Grab it before congress shuts it down though, because all US freedoms are now under serious attack! Most of the traditional US freedoms have already gone during the current US administration, probably forever, and things are destined to get worse.

You misunderstand the word rape, rape is the taking of another (not just a woman) by force...having sex with a man who is just erect through fear is not rape, immoral maybe but not illegal, because its not by force the man has the choice and the ability to say 'no'...I've done it, I've said no even though I've had a raging erection...he also has the choice to wear a condom, and while I know most blokes don't like to wear em, anyone this day and age, esp with AIDS and other nasty STD's floating around out there, that doesn't carry a condom and refuses to use one is an idiot!

If a man can prove that he was raped by a woman then I can't for the life of me see why he would have to pay her one cent. Rape is a sick and insane act no matter wether your a man or a woman that does it. Who made that law??? Send a letter to your government and ask them to explain why the penalties are not equal???? I know that not all men are the same and you should know that not all women are either....I know I don't write or pass the laws that govern us.

I have actually come close to being raped. Three women held me down whilst a fourth tried to arouse me and she managed to using her voice box. I pushed them off and had to use power to do so. This happened in my hedo resort and i wondered what would have happened to any man who had tried to force himself on 4 ladies? People laugh or think your not telling the truth because you are a man. Invert this story and make me a girl and them 4 men and no one would laugh. Men put up with discrimination every day, women just laugh.

You can not rape the willing. If you find that you're in a willing situation and those pants are down and the drawers are off...You're playing the willing.

Men are much over powering than woman and you don't ever hear of a woman stalking a man and over powering them on some dark street, or breaking into a mans house and over powering them and raping them. IT"S MEN that commit this crime!!!
