As far as being overweight it is not quantity of food but quantity of calories that matters. The balanced diet has made obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the number 1 health problem in the world soon replacing hunger and infectious disease. So if you need to lose weight it is mostly not your fault. You are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic).

you have to get motivated..if u are really serious about losing weight than you will be able to stop. just think about the weight you are at and then think about the weight that you want to be and that will get you motivated.. i know it might be hard but just think about later on when all of it paid off and you'll be happy you did it trust me ;-) i also chew gum alot which makes it so i cant pick at food

Hi, I think the main reason why most people eat a lot, is because their bored. Therefore, if one would entertain themselves or keep themselves busy then they would find themselves eating less.

Chew gum if you're not hungry but are snacking. Only 5 calories and very satisfying.
