Ok.. So medium?
I think thats a descent weight.
Im mostly muscle but i want to lose 30 pounds. My tops are medium and my bottoms are a size 11. I want a size 9.

I think people should be healthy. I don't care what everyone weighs, and don't know why you do.

my doctor says that for every 5 feet tall a person is, they should weigh 100 pounds. Every inch taller than that, they should weigh an additional 5 pounds. So, for a woman of 5'4, the right weight would be 120. Keep in mind, though, that it's much better for your health if your weight comes from muscle, not fat. (muscle also weighs more, so you look smaller than you actually weigh.)

I think people, men and women, should be whatever size they feel the most healthy, happy and confident without judgment, ridicule or expectations of conformity to a "standard" (or "average") size.

I think that whatever weight makes you happy with yourself and healthy as well is the right one. It's not about what men think or what looks good on TV or what your family says, it's about you the person you are and the way your body feels to you.
