I weigh 87kg (191lbs) and my height is 185 cm so how much should i lose. Iam overweight by 5kilos so i should lose more?

just lose what you feel is comfortable...don't go overboard and when you feel....natural then you can try to stay at that weight...I would not be trying for more than 10kgs...

Why don't you just try to be more healthy eg. exercise healthier eating like more fruit, whole grains, vegetables low fat milk etc. Your body will then naturally be the body size you should be, though if you are 5 kilos over weight you should lose a little bit of weight to bring your health risks down.

you should first reduce the amount of foods you eat and work out
you will slowly lose weight and you can stop when you think you look good
i really don't think anyone online can actually tell you how much weight you need to lose.

I would reccomend that you loose about 7-8 just so it allows your body room for weight gain during mentruation etc

you should probably lose about 10 - 20 kilos if you want to be looking good

first you should not consult answers on yahoo, you should talk to your doctor
second, diet control and exercise is the way to go- it's not always how much you weigh, it's how healthly you are and how healthy your heart is

you have the best ideal wt for ur height so dont go for any weight loss
