Sorry, but you obviously know your to young or you wouldn't have mentioned it yourself. You are to young. You shouldn't know what if feels like to "need" to touch her. If you guys were that involved, I'm sure her parents are glad that you had to move.
Either way, your to young to move back on your own and the phone and Internet is about all the options you have. Give yourself a break. You are in a new place. Stop worrying about her. Look around. There are new girls there that know nothing about you yet. I know you probably feel you and this girl are suppose to be together. Maybe you are. If that is so, you will see her again and it won't be something you arrange, it will just happen. Sit back and enjoy being young enough to not really have to worry about girls.

Send her letters, you know, like writing, with your hand. She'll love it. And, if you keep up the correspondence, she'll know you're true. You know, I originally wrote that you'll probably forget her, over time. However, I'd like to amend that. I distinctly remember a number of young women I met in middle school. One, in particular, is particularly special to me, even 20 years later. And, I never even kissed her--just danced with her a couple of times. Of course, all the guys liked her, isn't that the way it always goes? Sorry for being heartless at first--it was my wife who pointed out to me my hypocrisy.
