Has any travelled to Romania or Bulgaria through Balkan Tours.?

we are travelling to Bulgaria with this Tour Operator and would like to know something about them. I haven't met anyone who has travelled with them. Do they organise tours etc for you.

Travelled with Balkan Tours once. Umm...nothing really special. Nothing unexpected. Don't know about any tours, sorry.
Have fun! Bulgaria's cool, you will enjoy it.
