The best thing to do is be honest. Say you've met someone else and that you have become close, even though you weren't expecting to. And it has changed the way you feel about him.
Break it to him in a neutral environment, (not at your place or his or somewhere that brings back memories) I suggest going for a calming walk, in a park.
Say you'll understand if he doesn't wanna contact you/see you again but you'd like it if it isn't too painful. [if that's what you want]
Be firm, tell him it's over and then leave after anwsering his questions, and don't contact him again, until he contacts you.

HI Just ask yourself would you like this done on you?. i think the answer would be no. well you have to be honest and tell them. its not nice to be playing with other peoples feelings.you say you don't want to hurt one of these boys but lets face it if he found out before you told him that would hurt him more.you have to be strong. if only for the guy.good luck. you will feel better once you have sorted this out. i know you will,regards sammylee,
