There is no term like - finding a girlfriend.
Friends are never found, they are made. You will get one only if stop thinking about 'finding' it.
In this case never believe in this line - Do not wait for iron to get hot so u can hit, make it hot by hitting it.

First of all, you need to change your mindset. Take the can't out of your vocabuary. Make necessary changes in your appearance and the way you feel about yourself. Talk to all women, even those you never thought you'd be interested in. And remember the most important thing..... Women like someone that listens to them and takes an interest in them.
