You want to go and talk to your doctor and ask for his advise as you might over eat and thats not good for you either. You could also eat to much fats and thats not good at all either. So go and see your doctor and he/she will be able to help you with that one. Good Luck

Lift weights and eat meat. Muscle is heavier than fat, and requires more energy to maintain.

eat a lot of pototas, bread, pasta, and go to the gym and try and build your self up.
