Can anyone suggest a design for a ball bearing couple which can rotate non stop, after one rotation is given ?

it will be coupled to a generator and efficiency of energy production will be increased.plz. any suggestions r welcome.

It is not possible unless there is some external force to initiate or continue the movement. The initial movement will get off set and reduced in course of time.
