hot flush then my hearing went funny ??

just sat down today then i get a hot flush then i feel all faint , then i notice the noise from the tv in my right ear is a fraction slower and it's like an annoying alien like sound, even when i talk it sounds the same in my right ear, my left ear seems normal. am i going deaf or anear infection? anyone ever had anything similiar. certain pitched really agitate me and theres like a constant humming in right ear as well..helppppp

I recommend going to an otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat doctor) for a hearing test and medical examination. It is important to be as detailed as you possibly can with your symptoms, both at the time of onset and since. Have you had any dizziness, or just feeling faint with hot flashes? Are there any noises in your ear, or just that sounds are distorted? Have the symptoms improved, worsened, or stayed stable since it started?

With sudden-onset symptoms, usually the sooner you start treatment, the better your chances for recovery. Please don't delay any further. Good Luck!
