I do not Know if they DO NOT have armies but they are neutral countries who will not participate in any war, but some have their own army for security only :

Each of those countries, and more than half are protectorates or territories of other nations, depend by treaty on other countries to provide defense. So, they are not strictly w/o military force in the sense that they are dedicated to peace & not in need of protection. No such situation does or could exist. Also, all on the list are micro tiny & frankly too small to support much of a defense force, hence have sought help by treaty in exchange for other alliances.

I know for sure that Cost Rica does not have an army. Also there are some small countries in Europe like Monaco, San Marino etc etc that also do not have an army. Vatican on the other hand does have one...
