I was with a guy for 3 years when he broke up with me 2 months ago. I won't deny I'm still in love with him. His birthday was recently and I sent him an email simply saying "Happy Birthday- I Love You," his reply included, "I still miss you from time to time" in capital letters. Could this mean I still have a chance with him?

I've had the miss fortune of doing the same thing, except it was in a text message.

I say dont go back unless there is a significant change in the relationship. I mean, he broke up with you..and caused you a ton of pain (I'm assuming)....who's to say he wont change his mind again and hurt you all over again. Its obvious that you still have feelings for him. I think that before you consider getting back together really think about if that is what you want, because it might not benefit you at all.

He means what he says.....he misses you from time to time. If he said "I miss you so much" then you would have a chance of reconsiliation. It is natural to miss an ex from time to time after a break up, ever for the one who did the breaking. Let it go and move on.

stay where you are . this doesn't mean anything. it just means that whenever he's not with a woman , you'd be his daydream fantasy , in other words the need for the moment sort of girl . no person genuinely in love with you would say something like "i miss you from time to time" .

It just means sometimes. Do you really want someone who misses you sometimes or someone who misses you all the time?

Just let it go. I'm guessing he hurt you 2 months ago. Don't give him the satisfaction.

I think he's just being nice to you because u told him that you still love him. giving you a little consideration so don't give hope.... learn from the past....

No, you no longer have a chance with him. He just miss you but he no longer loves you.

Let him go, he no longer cares for you.

That's it, girl. :(
