I think being single is great, & enjoy it a lot. I like the lack of added responsibility that marriage & children would bring. Eventually, if I found the right woman, I might decide to give up being single to be with her, but that hasn't happened yet, & I'm certainly not going to rush it. I like being able to travel where I want when I want & do what I want. I'm not stuck planning the only times I get off work during the year around the ticket prices at Disney World. I think if more people stayed single until later in life, there would be a lot less divorce. People just aren't as mature as they were 50 years ago, & getting married young is generally not a good idea.

Being single is not a good or bad thing. There are as many pros and cons with choosing to be single as there are in choosing not to be single. People choose to be single because it suits their lifestyle, many people do not have a choice but to be single. Many people including myself choose not to be single by having a partner to share life with. I have been single by choice, by neccessity and because I just couldnt get a partner. I enjoy my own space but I prefer to share it with someone special.

never! its the one time in your life where any decision u make revolves around u and not 'us'! I can postspone shaving my underarms if im late for work coz i know he's definately not coming over. I get to drink every last drop of orange juice in the carton.
im single and i go out monday nights - and had i not left him, i would have never discovered a whole new community of monday nightriders!
anyway, thats a story for another day!

I think its great!!! I've been single for 2yrs and not only am I able to get things done, but I have plenty of time to enjoy with my kids!!
