1. Go fasting. Don't eat of drink anything for the desired amount of time besides water. You can throw in vegetables if you want. Don't make it too long, though.
2. Start exercising. It's good to go running or jogging in the morning, then eat a healthy, low-fat breakfast.
3. Don't leave calcium out of your diet. You plan might backfire, and you'll end up gaining more weight.
4. Drink lots of water-drink a full glass of water before eating to fill up your stomach a bit, and you won't eat that much. After eating, drink a half-glass of water.

You will have to start a daily regime and stick to.
1. Firstly look at your diet - are you eating junk food and drinking sodas? Go for diet sodas and cut down on fatty foods.
2. Go for a brisk walk to get the old heart pumping, walk up stairs and skip the escalator, walk rather than take the car or get off the bus or train a few stops earlier and walk the rest.
3. If you can swim - then go for a splash as often as you can - great exercise.
Secret is don't try and run 5 miles on your first day. Build things up slowly. Write down a schedule and stick to it and you will be amazed at how quickly you will regain your fitness.

I don't really think it is a good idea to lose weight with crash diet. It will give your body a sudden shock and deliver wrong message to your system. Eventually, you will put on double the weight you lost when you are back to your normal diet.
If you really want to look fit in such short notice. Go to a slimming centre consult and pay the huge sum of money. Suffer the cold or hot wrap. Follow the diet. I am sure you will lose some weight. Meanwhile, check your diet, eat wisely and start exercising.

There are no working get-rich schemes as well as get-fit-quick suggestions pal... just think how long you took to put this weight on... so it would be really unwise to lose it all in one month... have patience and workout in the gym and lower your calorific intake.... if someone tells you that get-fit-quick scheme is there then they are taking you for a ride... be carefull....

start running the treadmill every other day.
start lifting weights every other day.
check back in 30 days.
you might do yourself some good, but you do seem to be unrealistic.
