I've seen people frozen in their tracks by self-doubt, like a paralysis that stops them taking action towards their goals. Maybe it's the goals themselves that they doubt...

How confident are you?? start believing in yourself, give yourself credit for any action taken, irrespective how small, set obtainable goals for yourself,and trust that you can achieve them Good luck!

they doubt everything. there is a fear with being restrained fromn ue dream, a fear in achieveing it, because you doubt you r maturity, you doubt the people who are exposed to you. the easiest way to overcome it, is realizing how good you feel when you are free from it, and practice the way you felt at your point of freedom. Trying harder, realising you can put ur mind to anything and actually do it, and being determined.

I know what you mean, I think the key is to focus on the positive things that have/can be done to attain that goal as opposed to focusing on the obstacles that may be in the way.

i think everyone has self doubt at some point in their lives. you have to get over it. it is called maturing
