The Bible says we are created in God's image! That would make God a fag or a dyke, which is not the case because Jesus was without sin. Look at a gay guy, usually he acts so feminine it is sickening. The there are the lesbians who act ever so masculine. That is God's way of saying, "Hello McFly, see something wrong here?"

obviously you were not created in his image either unless god is into slandering and judging other people even though his son said not to. big sin there buddy.

if you look into the history of what a eunuch is, which is not just a guy who was altered, but any man who was feminine. homosexual men were not considered "male" in the time the bible was written. jesus says that some eunuchs were born that way, and some were made that way by men. he did not intend for them to be condemned the way most christians do today. he was trying to teach people that you need to respect and love each other. did you miss that part? you may want to look at who you are really serving.

what i find to be utterly sickening is people's lack of compassion, ignorance, and using god and jesus to back up their passion for condemning and hurting others.

First of all... how do you know "The Bible" that you read (unless some one else or your imagination tells you it's on The Bible) is an exact replica of God's words? The Bible was wrote a very long time ago in a language that no longer exist. That's what history tells, that's what i believe.

Second, your mind has the freedom to believe anything you want, so it's up to you to control what you believe.

Third, we are born humans, then we develop tendencies to many actions as we grow old. Our mind let us pick what we like and what we want, it help us justify our actions, emotions and believes. Ej., the Pope might believe he was chosen by God to be his servant, but why would God pick him? well, regardless of what we all think, the Pope feels and believes he's the perfect candidate to carry the highest rank in Catholic Church... just like Bush believes he's the most powerful man on earth.

Technically the Christian god is beyond gender. Also, not all gay men are effeminate and not all lesbians are butch. I'm about as girly as you can get. And why is God giving the answers to the universe to a British boy band? I mean I like "Five Colours in Her Hair" and "That Girl" as much as the next bird, but telling them the secrets of the universe is a bit much.

I take "God's image" as being good, loving, forgiving and many other things that we hope God has revealed to humanity through the ages. God' image has also been one of judge, source of vengeance and destruction. I believe Jesus went beyond those images as the "human/God" manifestation of being "without sin." Do we honestly believe that being in "God's image" as to bring war and destruction upon each other is what God is? As we understand "revelation," it is something that is being "revealed" and on-going to us as generations pass. As far as saying that "God's image" means God doesn't look or act gay, I never seen an image of God in anything other than long flowing robes and as far as I know my Bible, there is no description of what God or Jesus looked like! And as far as stereotyping gay people, I've seen enough professional football and baseball players who are gay and lesbian women, including my sister, who are ravishingly beautiful, that your observation winds up to saying "God's image" means what people wear or don't wear, whether they swish or not, or how much makeup they use. That's more "people's image" of who and what we are, not God's.

Stereotype much? Not all gay men are feminine and not all lesbians are masculine. You are lost and really should not speak on a subject you obviously know nothing about. Find that rock and crawl back under it.

Think of it this way- There a masculine God but there is also a feminine God (Mother God). There is Father God and Mother God. That would make more sense then calling Father God names.

God is gay. Bet you didn't know that did you?

It's true!

A lesbian friend of mine saw Him at the San Francisco Zoo holding hands with Freddy Mercury. They were playing "Name that Liberache Tune" by the Snake House. Later she saw them hanging around the mens room talking about how they should re-decorate Heaven, Freddy wants to use Christopher Lowell, but God thinks he's just too fabulous to kill right now.

Boy are you hot to trot. In God's image. Question; what does He look like? God is spirit. And you who are without sin, cast the first stone! Yes, I do agree that homosexual behaviour is sickening, however, they are not all prancing around fairies and women with beards stuck on their faces. They are firstly people, if you don't like it, keep away from it. No one is perfect just forgiven.

This argument presupposes the notion of the Trinity (i.e. that Jesus and God are equivalent), which means you must be a Catholic or Episcopalian. Don't both of those have gay priests? Has your priest ever touched you inappropriately? If so, I can see why you would be so upset.
