Wow, that's a tall order. I'd put together some meat/veggie stir fry's ready to be cooked into ziplock bags. You can make up a batch of rice or noodles at home and take it with you saving some time. Just be sure to take your largest skillet. I would also consider cooking some larger cuts of meat at home...like a beef or pork roast...that way the hard part is done. You can slice or shred it for sandwiches, tacos, stir fry's, bbq...whatever. Good luck. I might also give thought to taking my crock pot. That's also a great meal all in one place...providing your cabin has electricity.

bring a slow cooker!! it takes up no space at all!
2 lb chuck roast
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix, dry
1 can cream mushroom soup, campbells
1 celery stalk, diced
1 onion, diced
2 whole carrots, peeled and cut
4 potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/4
1 crushed garlic clove
3 tbsp flour
1 Reynold's slow cooker liner, optional
The slow cooker liner makes cleaning up a snap!
In the crock pot, add the can of cream mushroom soup, a can of water, the lipton dry soup, flour and mix the ingredients well.
Add the roast and the garlic. Mix around til covered with soup mix. Add the onions and veggies. Add water to barely cover the veggies (remember the water level may go up during cooking!).
Cover and turn crock pot to med/low. Cook 6-8 hours and it will be so tender! Serves 3-4

if you do have a stove burner whip up some chili, it's easy enough with canned beans and tomatoes, just brown some hamburger or better yet bulk Italian sausage with onions and garlic dump in the cans of chopped tomatoes and chili beans spice it up with a little Louisiana hot sauce simmer for a while and serve. this is a favorite at our deer camp where all we have is a small kitchen with a burner stove, it's really pretty easy and is always a hit with males of any age.

I did something similar to this, I say stick to the classics, grill: chicken, hot dogs, hamburger, and steaks. corn on the cob (doesn't have to be refrigerated until cooked)and in the kitchen baked beans, potato salad. Left overs are the bomb. for supplement you might want to take some microwave pizzas or something, feeding a bunch of boys you may run out!!!!!

Buy a bunch of your favorite veggies and cut them up into bite sized pieces. Wrap what you would consider a serving in tin foil. As everyone else is BBQing their food, through your foil pouch onto the grill as well and your vegiies will steam in the foil pouch. Also, your veggies won't touch the meat remnants on the grill. Snacks...crackers, fruit, any vegetarian snack you would eat at home is good for camping.

You can use crock pots. Just preapre the recipe before you leave and put it in a bowl-won't take up as much room as all the ingredients separately. Boys love hot dogs and brats, chili, burgers. Spaghetti is always good, and doesn't take up much room, and goes a long way. Have fun!

Zip-lock Omelets for breakfast. Just bring up eggs, and anything you think they may want in them (onions, cheese, meat, etc.) already chopped up. Let each boy make his own omelet by putting two eggs (large or extra large) in the zip-lock baggie and adding the ingredients he wants. Then have him put his name on the bag and mix up the ingredients in the bag. Tell them to get most of the air out of the bags and boil each bag in rapidly boiling water for 13 minutes. Depending on the size of your pot- you can boil as many bags as you can fit in the pot. This works great for picky eaters and making breakfast a little more fun! I've tried it numerous times and its awesome!
