I would prefer both. I'd prefer a food that tastes good and healthy than something SUPER GREAT and not healthy. The problem is, it is hard to find something healthy and satisfying in restaurents.

I am turning 40 in September, Female, USA

Currently, it is more important to have tasty food rather than healthy food; however, if the two could be combined to appease my taste palate, that'd be just wonderful.

I am in the process of changing my whole way of thinking when it comes to eating, meaning I am having gastric by-pass surgery soon, so my brain will change from thinking from the view of a fat person to viewing food as a fit person.

I hope that makes sense. At least it's the honest response for me.

Blessed Be,

The nature of the food - healthiness - is marginally higher in my regard than taste. There is a very long list of things that taste wonderful to me, but I never eat it. (For example, bacon, excessive meats, cakes and pies, things heavy in butter or creamyness, things with gravy). Id rather sacrifice some taste and feel better about what I'm eating. By doing so, it also makes it marginally less desirable to go back for more.

I'm 21/f/USA but in Italy now...so I have some room here to talk. You know, for me, the fast food of America is GREAT, tastes good and is well fast. But when I came here to Italy, I got both.... its healthy and its great tasting!> I think when your on a diet you can have both. Just a little of the things you like and you are peachy-keen!

Taste can be combine with healthiness. Try organic salad with plum juice. Or a piece of papaya evey morning. I try this on my daughter. Her face is bright red and she smile everyday. Try it, you can feel the result in a weeks time. But you must surely avoid junk food, this is a must.

It depends on whather is my every day food or is an special food. I hate when I go to a restorant and they tell me that some plate is healthy. I'm there to enjoy food!!! not to eat healthy. I just try to eat healthy at home, not at a restorant.
