I need to show the men I work with that I'm not useless, and I've got a bet on with my Boss that I'll pick more winners that him !!

Declarations are not in yet for this meeting, but will be later this afternoon - check out www.racingpost.co.uk and click Cards on the left hand side of the page, then select the date you want and finally the course.
As a rough guide when picking out horses it is always a good idea to look at them in the paddock before the race. Check to see if they look well (shiny coat, bright eyes, not looking overweight) and how they are reacting to the surroundings. As a rule of thumb a horse that misbehaves before a race will not run well as they are not concentrating on their job.
Finally pick up a Racing Post tomorrow morning and read through the form guides before you get to the meeting.

EASY.......EASY. Just get the Daily Mail on Thursday. Look at the FIRST horse in the Mail betting for each race. Back these in Each Way, Cross Doubles. 6 races would involve 15 bets. A Stake of 10p. each way would cost you only £3. Stake more if you want to. GOOD LUCK. i shall watch with interest.

honestly,I look for the horse that they have trouble getting into the gate. Usually, he wants to be the first one out!.(we'll just disregard the whole Barbaro incident for my theory)My only problem is that I have never actually been to a race and had to bet. I don't know how late they take bets and I'm sure it's before they get to the gate. Other than that....find the horse that is alert and ready to go.
