Most religions are man reaching out to God.
Judaism and Christianity is God reaching out to man through thousands of years of revelation.
Christianity believes this revelation culminated with the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
With love in Christ.

Does God Exist?
."—RomansSome Scientists Answer
PHYSICS professor Ulrich J. Becker, of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, stated when commenting on the existence of God: "How can I exist without a creator? I am not aware of any compelling answer ever given."
Did this contradict his scientific views? The professor's thought-provoking answer was, "If you discovered how one wheel in the 'clock' turns—you may speculate how the rest move, but you are not entitled to call this scientific and better leave alone the question of who wound up the spring."
Contrary to the opinion of some, many respected men of science do not rule out the idea of there being a God—a Great Mastermind behind the creation of the universe and man.
Consider two more examples on this point. When mathematics professor John E. Fornaess, of Princeton University, was asked for his thoughts on the existence of God, he replied: "I believe that there is a God and that God brings structure to the universe on all levels from elementary particles to living beings to superclusters of galaxies."
Physics professor Henry Margenau, of Yale University, said that he was convinced that the laws of nature were created by God, adding: "God created the universe out of nothing in an act which also brought time into existence." He then noted that in the book The Mystery of Life's Origin, three scientists explain that a Creator is a plausible explanation for life's origin. Supporting this view, astronomer Fred Hoyle has stated that believing the first cell originated by chance is like believing that a tornado ripping through a junkyard full of Boeing 747 airplane parts dismembered and in disarray could produce a 747.
To these answers can be added the words of the Bible writer Paul: "[God's] invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world's creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship.

No. If you look back on history (of mankind), you will see that in every people, in every culture, there is some kind of established belief system revolving around God or gods. Now I think that constitutes more than just a coincidence. Every human is born with the instinctive knowledge that there is something greater out there that caused our initial existence on a planet that happened to be the perfect distance from the sun to support life. Again, no coincidence.

Could you imagine, someone creating a God to worship? It dosen't appear feesible for mankind to create a God, does it? Especially not one that dosen't fit their personal lifestyle. If that were the case you could worship superman, he was created from the mind of a man and he should be able to protect you from evil, right? The fact that you're questioning God's existence means that you're concerned that He may exist. I, personally choose to believe that He is there, rather then spend my life questioning His existence, realizing in the end, that He was there all along.

We seem to have a need as a species to glorify ourselves in the reflection of a God, but my own personal opinion is that there are beings "out there" (have no idea where precisely) who are older, and have access to greater parts of their brains, giving them, what seems to us, limitless power. That would make them gods. As to whether they "created" anything, or whether they just manipulated what was already there and took credit for creating it is anyone's guess. I also believe that these entities have lived among us at various times. Usually there is a kernel of truth in most myths. Since science has managed to verify not only chunks of the Judeo-Christian bible, but substancial parts of other religious works also, I take much of it at face value and it leads me to conclude that "evil" is usually whatever the status quo does not approve of, gods listen if they are around and it suits them, and WE control our own destiny or else why would there be such a battle for our obedience?

1) You are lost in a forest, there you see a house in the middle of the forest. you are certain that this house has been built by someone. you may not know who he is but you are dead sure that the house has a owner. WHY?
2)You dont see Infra-Red radiations, yet you believe its existence. you dont see the waves that are meitted while we talk, yet you can feel it. you have not seen a single galaxy yet you believe the presence of millions of galaxies. WHY?
3) You were not present when an Apple fell over Newton. And he discovered Gravity. yet you believe Newton discovered 'Gravity'. have you seen it? Yet you believe in the phenomenon called 'Gravity'.
4) Nobody knows where is the exact location of 'Mind' and the 'Soul' in the human body, yet millions accept its prescence.
If you can affirm all these without seeing them, Can not the whole of the universe be built by ALmighty GOD???
The house in the forest has to have an owner, The Gigantic universe running in precise equilibrium, without an Owner?
GOD exists and HE is only ONE.
You cant have your own laws. If you buy a TV. Dont you refer to the instruction manual for the TV? Or you just mess it up as you like it since you OWN it?
The body which we have is not ours. Its a ctually a gift of ALmighty GOD which we have to use it as per his guidelines.
All the rules and Laws made by Man are subject to fail as Man doesnt know whats in store for him in the future. So Bow yourself to The will of GOD... In other words Submit your will to Almighty GOD. Enter Islam which means "Peace acquired by submitting your will to ALmighty GOD (ALLAH)"

I think that you & I are getting pretty tired of me saying the same thing over & over...but it seems to me there is a need for it to be heard. I shall simplify it...YES, there is God...YES, He Lives...& YES, He still speaks as He did in the days of old...as the Bible repeatedly says. Those stories are not made up...they are historical facts...most of them anyway.
Now, how do I know God is alive & well still today. Because when I was in what I thought was BIG trouble & was going to die...I did simply what I had been taught in Sunday schooh & church. I simply said, 'God, please don't let me die. I don't want to die'...& since I was so scared, I kept repeating it...at least two or three times. The result?...An orb of white light appeared & said...' you're going to be all right, (my name)'...I have never, ever, doubted since then that there is a God...a Supreme Being who can make Himself known to individuals on Earth even today.
It does not matter what I am going through, how much I don't understand what I am going through...I know one thing...God Is...God is there...even when He is silent...even as the Sun still exisits on the very darkest night.
For those of you who are tired of me saying this, I do not apologize even though I understand. So many people do not believe there is a God...or they do not know whether there is a God or not. I want so badly to scream to you all...YES.THERE IS A GOD. HE IS REAL. You don't have to give up anything, be a goody, goody...just believe & For God's Sake, Be Yourself.
I have no more to say at this point. May you all who don't believe, who aren't sure...May you one day find out for yourself that Yes, There is God. And yes, no matter what you have or have not done in your past...He is still there & He Still Loves You. I promise...God promises.

God does exist. He is everywhere just look in your inside and around you. He is that little voice in your head telling you to do what is right but which you ignore. He is in that Man or Woman whom you fail to see or acknowledge. The only reason why there is so much conflict going on about the existance of God is the fact that "man" trys to be God by laying down principles they assume should be God's and imposing these principle on their fellow "man"

One cannot prove a negative, i.e., one cannot prove that there is no god. Yet, there seems to be a tremendous dearth of evidence that there is any god. The fact that so many people have religious belief suggests that there is an inate need in human beings for spiritual belief.
