You would need to eat more than your maintenance level of calories to gain weight. Every 3500 calories over your maintenance level will be one pound of fat. If you are looking to gain fat, you would simply need to eat extra calories over what your body uses. To gain weight in one week, simply eat a good amount more calories than your body will burn off and you will put on fat. If you wish to gain muscle, I suggest you look up bodybuilding on the Internet.

I would suggest that you take vitamin B complex because it will boost your appetite. Please do not gorge yourself as this is unhealthy. In fact you should exercise more because muscles are heavier than fats.
Maintain your current diet but slowly increase your carcohydrates like adding more rice or potatoes into your meal. You can take more protein stuff like meat because if it not burned away, it will be stored into your body as fats.
